- For any Refund or Replacement, please contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Please don’t receive the parcel if the box is broken or unsealed from anywhere outside the box. (The product will not be refundable or replaceable if you receive the damaged box).
- Please make the whole video (360° Unboxing) & click some pictures while unboxing the delivered parcel.
- We are not responsible for any loss or damage of product without unboxing video proof.

- Increase in courier charges-
Courier charges of Shola Ghar’s all products are based on the volumetric weight. (Volumetric weight refers to the overall size of a parcel and is measured in volumetric kilograms. Volumetric weight can be calculated by multiplying the depth, width and height of a parcel, in centimetre, and dividing that figure by 5000, some couriers use a divisor of 4000 or 6000. Approx example of a Topor Mukut set box size is- 41 cm height × 26 cm width × 26 cm depth = 27716 ÷ 5000 = 5.54 i.e. 6 kg in Volume.) It also includes the Packaging charges. For that, courier charges get increased. - Delay in courier services-
Shola Ghar and the courier service both are the different companies and both have different policies. If the courier service takes more time for delivery or if their service is not available in your area then you may have to collect the parcel from the courier office. Therefore, the delivery time may take longer than expected. - Customers have to pay the full amount of courier service charge in case of refund or replacement. (In this case, customers have to return the products to us by any courier and they have to bear the forward and return shipping charges).
- If product’s price get increased after query, customers have to pay the new price for the products.
- After placing your order, no cancellation and no refund policy is available.
- During the Puja Season (before DURGA PUJA TO DIWALI), packing and delivery time might be increased.
- All the products are completely handmade, so the design, colour and artwork might be slightly different. Notice
- Kindly place your order atleast 20 days before the day of delivery.
- In West Bengal, we take 3 to 20 days for delivery.
- Within Kolkata, we provide 1 day Express delivery service. also provides standard service, delivered within 3 days.
- Our products are used in events like Wedding, Annoprashon and Puja. So, we never compromise with the quality of the products.
- If any item from Mukut is loose or detached, kindly attach it with fevicol like gum (please don’t use fevikwik or dendrite).
- Each and every Topor and Mukut is designed by our efficient Karigars, not with the help of any kind of machine. Therefore, design, colour, artwork of Topor and Mukut may differs slightly from photos. Payment and Authenticity-

- We accept the payment modes like UPI and Bank Transfer.
- Refund will take up to 2 weeks after receiving and reviewing the product from our end.
