  1. For any replacement, please contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  2. Please don’t receive the parcel if the box is broken or unsealed from anywhere outside the box. (The product will not be replaceable if you receive the damaged box.)
  3. Please make the whole video (360° unboxing) & click some pictures while unboxing the delivered parcel.
  4. We are not responsible for any loss or damage of product without unboxing video proof.

  1. Increase in courier charges—
    Courier charges for all of Shola Ghar’s products are based on the volumetric weight.
    (Volumetric weight refers to the overall size of a parcel and is measured in volumetric kilograms.
    Volumetric weight can be calculated by multiplying the depth, width, and height of a parcel in centimeters
    and dividing that figure by 5000; some couriers use a divisor of 4000 or 6000).
    Example: A Topor Mukut set box size is 41 cm × 26 cm × 26 cm = 27716 ÷ 5000 = 5.54 ≈ 6 kg in volume.
    It also includes packaging charges. Hence, courier charges may increase.
  2. Delay in courier services—
    Shola Ghar and the courier service are separate entities.
    If the courier takes longer than expected or delivery is unavailable in your area,
    you may need to collect the parcel from the courier office.
  3. Customers must pay full courier charges in case of a replacement (both forward and return shipping).
  4. If the product’s price increases after your query, the customer must pay the updated price.
  5. No cancellation or refund policy is available after placing the order.
  6. During Puja Season (before Durga Puja to Diwali), packing and delivery time may increase.
  7. All products are completely handmade, so the design, color, and artwork may differ slightly.

  8. Kindly place your order at least 20 days before the delivery date.
  9. In West Bengal, we take 3 to 20 days for delivery.
  10. Within Kolkata, we offer 1-day express delivery and a standard service (within 3 days).
  11. Our products are used for weddings, Annoprashon, and pujas. We never compromise on quality.
  12. If any part of the Mukut is loose or detached, please attach it using Fevicol-like glue (avoid Fevikwik or Dendrite).
  13. Each Topor and Mukut is handmade by our skilled karigars without any machinery.
    Therefore, design, color, and artwork may slightly differ from the photos.
